Martina is a Research and Development Analyst at AVaTAR MedTech, where she contributes to the creation and advancement of innovative medical devices.

In her role, she participates in innovation sessions and helps structure development timelines, roadmaps, and budgets that guide the progress of each project. Her work includes analyzing regulatory pathways, exploring partnership opportunities, and conducting business analysis to support strategic decision-making.

She plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, organizing meetings, preparing progress reports, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. Martina also conducts market research, represents the company in industry events, and supports team-building initiatives that strengthen AVaTAR MedTech’s growth and culture.Her responsibilities extend throughout the entire development cycle, supporting medical devices from concept to launch and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and the company’s strategic objectives.

Alongside her work in MedTech, Martina is also involved in AI training for biomedical engineering. As part of Outlier’s program, she designs prompts to train AI models in bioengineering, healthcare, and IT.

She evaluates AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and scientific rigor, contributing to the development of more reliable and domain-specific AI tools.
